We want you to have complete control over your Premium subscription. You can cancel it at any time, easily and securely.
Before canceling your subscription, please note that:
Your personal data remains protected and is never automatically deleted.
After canceling, you will continue to have access to all Premium features until the end of your paid period.
If you subscribed via Apple App Store.
Apple directly manages subscriptions purchased through the App Store.
To cancel:
Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID profile.
Select Subscriptions.
Choose Ainoha Premium.
Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
If you subscribed via Google Play Store.
To cancel your subscription from Google Play:
Open your Ainoha™ app.
From the bottom menu, go to the “Profile” tab.
Select “My subscription.”
Click on the “Manage my subscription” button.
A window will open where you can update your billing information and cancel your subscription.
Canceling your subscription is simple and secure. You retain control over your account and can continue to enjoy the free version of Ainoha at any time.
