At Ainoha™, we believe that you should have control over your data and privacy. That's why we've designed privacy settings within the app, allowing you to decide how your data is used and for what purposes.
When you create your account, you will be asked to set your privacy preferences and will receive all the information you need to make an informed choice. Once you start using the app, you can change your preferences at any time.
Here's how to do it:
1. Log in to the Ainoha™ app.
2. From the menu bar at the bottom, go to your profile.
3. Select “My Profile Details,” then tap “Privacy Settings.”
4. Choose “Request Export of My Data.”
5. Fill out the form provided with the requested information.
6. Submit your request.
Your request is now being processed, and your data will be provided to you securely, in accordance with our privacy policy.
